I’m sadly coming to terms with the fact that we can’t return to London this summer in today’s Craft Beer Amethyst Quarantine Diaries. We did, however, drink a magnificent Monk’s Reserve Belgian Quad by @SpencerBrewery -America’s 1st Trappist Brewery!
